Director/CEO
David Rankin has extensive experience in the Healthcare Industry. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-owner of three aged care facilities in Auckland. David is a Ngāpuhi Leader Maori kaumatua. As a Trustee of Waitangi National Trust, David is thriving to provide the best possible care for Maori and all our residents.

Clinical Manager
Roland is an experienced Registered Nurse with over 10 years of expertise in healthcare, holding New Zealand Nursing Registration. Specializing in aged care nursing, he has worked in diverse clinical settings, including rest homes, hospitals, and healthcare facilities in both New Zealand and Singapore. Roland excels in patient assessment, medication management, wound care, and leading multidisciplinary teams. His strong technical proficiency, leadership skills, and commitment to ongoing professional development contribute to delivering exceptional patient care and optimizing outcomes.
